Tools I prefer

Part of why I enjoy the hobby is finding and working with some really great tools. Bellow is a list of tools I find useful for both RC racing, and crawling. I’ll cover packing, storage, and organizing in future posts.

Tools I use every day…

• MIPS GEN 2 Speed hex drivers (various sizes) with Speed Tip Handle

• MIPS Gen 2 Nut Drivers (various sizes)

• Various Wiha PicoFinish Precision hex drivers as back up

• Wiha PicoFinish Precision Screwdriver Set

• Fiskars SoftGrip Detail Craft Knife

• ProTek RC "TruTorque" Lexan Scissors (Curved)

• GooSky Micro Ball Link Pliers (needs modified to work with smaller balls)

• Tamiya 74155 HG Terrzers

• Electronic Calipers
